Parliamentary Services can provide your organization with a broad range
of parliamentary services including providing a Registered Professional
Parliamentarian (certified by the National
Association of
Parliamentarians) for your meetings; reviewing and making
suggestions for improvements to your
bylaws; providing entertaining, informative workshops on parliamentary
procedure, presiding skills, meeting management, or conflict
resolution; presiding over meetings that are expected to be contentious. When hiring a professional parliamentarian protect your legal interests by selecting parliamentarians who have been certified as a professional parliamentarian and registered by either the National Association of Parliamentarians or the American Institute of Parliamentarians. Dennis Clark, R.P.dclark@houstonparliamentarian.comDennis Clark has
been a
Registered Parliamentarian with the National
Association of
Parliamentarians since 1977. He
is one of the most
experienced parliamentarians in the State of Texas. He has served as
parliamentarian for various national and state associations as well as
local home owners associations, church groups and the like. He is a
past State President of the
Texas State Association of Parliamentarians (1986-87).

Martha J. Haun, Ph.D., P.R.P.mhaun@houstonparliamentarian.comDr. Haun has been
a Professional Registered Parliamentarian with the National Association
of Parliamentarians and a Professional Parliamentarian with
the American
Institute of Parliamentarians for over twenty-five
years. She is an Associate Professor in the School of
Communication at the University of Houston and Director of the on-line Crisis Resource Center.
Dr. Haun has served as convention parliamentarian, speaker, and
workshop presentor at the local, state, national, and international
levels. She
has written numerous articles which have appeared in the professional
parliamentary publications.
